1 General Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdt bat platform and all services under it. When you access this site, open an account, or use any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Verification
To register on bdt bat, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
Each user may open only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a violation of platform rules, and all associated accounts may be closed.
- An OTP may be sent to verify the mobile number or email provided during registration.
- National ID card or passport details may be requested for verification purposes.
- Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
- If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team should be notified immediately.
Age and Eligibility, Deposits and Withdrawals
3 Age and Eligibility Requirements
Users must be at least 21 years old to register and participate on bdt bat. No person under 21 may use any service on this site — this is a mandatory requirement.
bdt bat may request valid documents at any time to verify age. Failure to provide documents, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
The currently approved methods for deposits and withdrawals on bdt bat are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be in the registered user's own name.
- Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
bdt bat reserves the right to verify any transaction and temporarily place it on hold if necessary. If unusual activity is detected, the account may be subject to investigation.
Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Full details on bonuses are provided in the next section.
Bonus and Betting Rules
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
The bdt bat welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.
- Bonuses apply only to registered and verified accounts.
- Each welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account, household, address, or IP.
- Specific games may apply towards meeting wagering requirements — full details are provided on the promotions page.
- bdt bat reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its misuse is detected.
Other promotions — including the weekly bdt bat Deposit Festival, Slots Fun Bonus, Cricket Excitement Reward, Birthday Special Gift, and Refer a Friend Reward — also carry their own wagering requirements. The terms for each offer are stated in that offer's description and apply alongside these general terms.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
Bets can be placed on bdt bat across sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other game categories. Each category may have its own specific rules, which are displayed in the main game interface.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
- If a bet is not completed due to a lost internet connection, the data saved on the server will be considered final.
- For bets on cricket or any other sport, relevant rules will apply if an event is cancelled or abandoned due to weather or other reasons.
- bdt bat may cancel any bet where an attempt is made to exploit clearly incorrect odds or prices.
Prohibited Activities and Account Management
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt bat platform:
- Any form of fraud, deception, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Using multiple accounts or collaborating with others to abuse bonuses.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any other technology to conduct gaming or betting.
- Using the platform's services for the purpose of money laundering.
- Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorised access to servers.
If such activities are detected, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
8 Technical Errors and System Issues
bdt bat works to ensure the highest reliability, but service disruptions may occur due to technical errors, maintenance, or external factors. In such situations:
- Faulty game results will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
- If incorrect information is displayed on screen, server log data will be considered final.
- Services may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
bdt bat is not obliged to pay financial compensation for losses caused by technical issues, however, the staked amount for bets directly lost due to an error will be refunded.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
bdt bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account if:
- The user violates any provision of these Terms.
- Verification of information fails.
- Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- The account remains inactive for an extended period (at least 12 months).

Limitation of Liability, Privacy and Changes to Terms
10 Limitation of Liability
bdt bat platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. Betting and casino gaming are financially risky activities and users knowingly accept this risk.
- bdt bat is not responsible for money lost in gaming or betting.
- bdt bat is not liable for losses caused by third-party services or networks.
- Compensation for service interruptions due to technical or security reasons is limited.
Users place bets or play games at their own decision, and the user bears responsibility for any outcome arising from that.
11 Privacy and Personal Data
bdt bat treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information collected during registration is used only for account management, verification, and improving service quality.

bdt bat reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these Terms at any time. In the event of changes:
- Registered users will be duly notified before any significant changes take effect.
- Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request closure of your account.
